Membership Hold Request

Wanting to freeze your membership? Fill out the below form and we’ll be in touch regarding putting your membership on hold.

As stated in your Cow Harbor CrossFit Membership Agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring membership on hold for up to 14 weeks per calendar year in two week increments. Before submitting your Membership Hold Request, please read the following important points carefully.

By submitting the form below you are confirming that you have read and understand that: Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than (7) seven days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received less than (7) days cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

Membership holds may not exceed 14 weeks in any calendar year.

Membership billing automatically resumes after the requested hold date. If Client is on a 52 week or 28 week Membership agreement, the length of agreement will be extended accordingly.

If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 28-day cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable.
